Q: Will the doll skin stain?
A: The dollrsquos skin although durable and resistant to rips, tears, and stain is not indestructible. You should be careful to keep your doll away from dark fabrics and tight clothing. If you like dark clothing you should be sure to wash it before putting it on your doll, and be sure to not store her with the clothing on. The best clothing for dolls is light colored, loose fitting fabrics.
Q: Do SEXYE Dolls come with a warranty?
A: Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns. However, we stand behind our product and do whatever we can to satisfy our customers
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Although wersquod like to fully satisfy all our customers, our firm policy is: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, we highly recommend that you explore the myriad of options for altering your SEXYE doll. You can change his or her clothing, swap his or her wig, apply certain kinds of cosmetics, and even change his or her face.
Shipment
1. We don’t accept PB BOX address , and only ship to confirmed order address, your order address,ordered item and shipping address can’t be changed after item shipped.
2. Doll requires 2 – 3 days processing time + 4 – 13 days for shipping = 2 weeks total delivery time (estimated).
3. We reserve the right to determine the best shipping method and carrier available.
Privacy Protect
1. Your privacy is our main goal. All packages are delivered in discreet packaging (a completely plain carton); additionally, customer details are sealed within our privacy policy.
2. There is no specific indication or labelling on the box that reveals the contents inside.
Order Cancellations & Refunds
1. As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
2. Once receive your order, we will start the manufacturing process of your doll. All SEXYE dolls are custom-made, production time is from 3 to 7 days before it ships out from the manufacturer and it usually takes 2 week in shipping transit. You can expect total production and shipping time for your dream doll to be approximately 3 weeks (actual time may vary depending on delivery location).
3. Due to holidays, festivities or unavoidable circumstances, delays may occur during the manufacturing or shipment of the product.
As this is a custom product created just for you, your order may not be cancelled for any reason, SALE IS FINAL. If you want to modify, edit or upgrade the order, you have to reach out us in 24 hours from the date and time of purchase in order to request the changes and to see if the changes are possible, extra fees might be charged depending on your request.
Warranty & Damages
1. Due to the nature of this product, it is not possible for us to provide an exchange or refund as there are multiple concerns such as hygiene. Please understand that this is the normal practice within the sex dolls industry.
2. If your product or any part is damaged during the shipment process and the box has visible damages PLEASE DO NOT SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE and you should open a complaint with the shipment carrier as that probably happened during the shipment. After that, please report to us so we can also escalate it. Cardboard boxes and even Flight Case might get scratches or get broken during the shipment as most products are heavy. Please report to the shipping company if you see visible issues on the box.
3. If the product has any issues, please send photos to us and we will assess the issue in order to provide a solution, it will depend on the nature of the incident. If the problem was caused by us or our manufacturers we will take care of it.
4. We believe all our products are of high quality and our sex doll manufacturing partners have all been carefully screened to ensure that they can comply with the high standards we have come to expect. If you have any complaints or dissatisfaction please feel free to contact us so we can do our utmost to provide any suggestions or tips that may be able to resolve the issue. We appreciate any feedback as well as it can help us work with our manufacturers to avoid a repeat of these issues in the future.

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
